Shipping Policy

At HunkChunk, we take pride in delivering the highest-quality, farm-fresh meats directly to your door. Ensuring your order arrives safely, fresh, and on time is our top priority.


1. Shipping Area

We currently ship fresh meats to the following locations:

  • All 18 Philippine regions

  • All 8 Japan regions

We do not ship international destinations at this time.


2. Shipping Days & Order Cut-Off

To ensure freshness, we only ship orders Monday through Wednesday. This avoids weekend delays and ensures timely delivery.

  • Order Cut-Off: Orders placed by 12:00 PM (local time) on Monday–Wednesday will ship the same day.

  • Orders placed after Wednesday 12:00 PM will ship the following Monday.


3. Delivery Timeframe

We use overnight or 1–2 day express shipping depending on your location. Most customers receive their packages within 24–48 hours of shipment.


4. Packaging & Temperature Control

All fresh meats are:

  • Vacuum-sealed for freshness and food safety

  • Packed with recyclable insulation and gel ice packs or dry ice to maintain safe temperatures during transit

  • Labeled clearly with handling instructions

Our packaging is designed to maintain the region's recommended safe temperatures for perishable items for up to 72 hours.


5. Receiving Your Order

You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. Please ensure someone is available to receive and refrigerate or freeze your order promptly upon delivery.

Important: We are not responsible for packages left outside beyond delivery if:

  • The customer is unavailable to receive the package

  • Incorrect shipping information was provided

  • Delivery was delayed due to circumstances outside our control (e.g., severe weather)


6. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Order size/weight

  • Shipping speed

Free shipping may be offered on orders over a certain amount (e.g., $150). Promotional offers will be advertised clearly on our website.


7. Damaged or Delayed Shipments

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Thawed beyond safe limits

  • Late due to carrier issues

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Provide:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the product and packaging

  • Temperature upon arrival (if possible)

We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a refund, replacement, or store credit.


8. Cancellations & Modifications

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they are packed and shipped. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order at [support email/phone].
